Subject Matter Experts Wanted

Are you passionate about aviation and education? Do you have extensive knowledge and experience in flight training? If so, you might be the perfect candidate for the position of Subject Matter Expert at Ground School.

We are looking for part-time subject matter experts who can create and review engaging and accurate content for our learners. Your work will ensure that our content meets the highest standards of quality and relevance.

The work will be done remotely from anywhere you choose.

You will need to commit 6 hours a week / 24 hours a month.

As a subject matter expert, you will be responsible for:

• Developing learning objectives and outcomes for each course.
• Writing clear and concise content that covers all the relevant topics and concepts.
• Providing feedback and suggestions on the design and layout of the courses.
• Reviewing and updating existing content to ensure accuracy and currency.
• Setting up and maintaining exams for student pilots who are pursuing various licenses and ratings.
• Ensuring that the content is aligned with the regulatory standards and requirements.
• Collaborating with other subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure consistency and alignment of the content offered.

To be considered for this position, you must have:

• Demonstrated experience as a flight instructor, pilot, or ground school lecturer.
• A thorough understanding of the regulations, standards, and best practices in flight training.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A strong attention to detail and quality.
• A willingness to learn modern technologies and tools.
• Excellent computer skills and access to a computer with a reliable Internet connection.
